How do you work with companies located far or abroad?
Distance is not an issue at all. Most of our present clients have their headquarters or warehouses outside Wrocław. Garments are usually sent to us by courier or any shipping service, sometimes directly from producers, eg. from China. You can take part in the shoot remotely, or in person, depending on your preferences.
Can I attend the photoshoot?
Yes, and we would be glad to host you. Wrocław has a well connected airport with frequent and affordable flights to most European cities, and the city itself is worth a few days. We can also choose a location together and organise the shoot outside Wrocław. We have coordinated productions in the Caribbean, Morocco, the Canary Islands, Iceland and numerous European capitals.
What if travelling is not convenient for me?
You can join the session remotely through Capture Pilot, which shows you every photo as it is taken, directly in your browser, with no extra software. We can also set up live streaming or a call, provided we plan it in advance.
How do I choose models for my shoot?
We present a selection of professional models represented by Polish agencies, chosen to match your brief and your brand identity. What many clients do not realise is that numerous Polish models are also represented by leading international agencies. Working directly with their Polish mother agency is smoother, more transparent and often more cost efficient.
What if I do not select any models among your options?
We can then extend the search to international agencies. We have extensive experience with such bookings and handle the necessary documentation as well as the production side, including flights and accommodation. You are also welcome to bring your own model, someone you work with or have booked yourself, provided that in our professional opinion the person can meet the demands of the project. We discuss such matters openly with our partners, so the result is never a compromise.
What if my product requires untypical models?
We handle this often. Many agencies have widened their rosters to include people of different ages, sizes and appearances, for inclusive brand campaigns, and we are experienced in arranging those bookings. For more unusual needs we have worked with trained dogs, snakes, parrots and a miniature horse. If your project calls for something out of the ordinary, we are glad to find the right fit.
How are payments and formalities handled?
Once the details are agreed, we sign a formal contract covering all commitments and deadlines, based on a standard template adjusted to your arrangements. An important part of it is the licence for the images, so you can use them without concern. We manage model image rights on your behalf, or assist you if you prefer to sign directly with the models for your brand. We issue VAT invoices or reverse charge invoices depending on the legal situation, and we hold a euro account for international transactions. Usually we ask for half the payment before the shoot and the balance after the files are delivered.
How is our photo and video production prepared?
We start by discussing everything online, using convenient tools. At every stage you have full insight into the process and make the key decisions, while we present options based on the package you choose. These include locations, models and the team handling the shoot. Once the key details are settled, we prepare a detailed schedule, so you know what will be photographed, when, and how long it will take.
How are photos or videos selected, and what happens next?
After the shoot we send previews, a selection of images that match the agreed brief. You can request access to all raw images, or receive a narrowed selection of the best frames to save your time. You then decide which ones go forward for further processing. If you prefer, we can make that selection for you, against your requirements.
How will you deliver the files, and what happens next?
We send the files in your chosen formats through a dedicated, password protected service. They can be downloaded at any time to any device, or by FTP on request. If anything is unclear while you implement the images or prepare them for print, or if you need extra formats or additional files for retouching, we are here. After that you publish, the materials work for your brand, and we start planning the next production together.
Why does the content you produce perform better than AI generated content?
Because people buy from people. Work that repeats what already exists, trained on publicly available material everyone has already seen and made with models everyone can use, will not build the same trust in your brand as something made by a human hand and a human mind. Research points the same way. Consumers expect to be told when an image was generated, and brands that lean on it are trusted less. We do use AI in the supporting parts of the work, never in the creative ones.
How much control do I have over the process?
As much as you want. You decide at every stage. We can take the details off your hands and simply deliver the best possible result, or we can keep you inside the process and inform you about every step, every constraint and every standard solution we consider.
Who do I actually work with?
Not with a middleman. We are experienced artists and creators who offer their work directly, across a wide range of services and inside a professional process. Working with us, you do not pay an agency that hires artists on your behalf and adds its margin on top. Skipping that link makes communication simpler and means your budget goes into the result rather than into intermediaries.
How are you different from other production companies?
We are not an agency and we are not a freelancer. Agencies outsource the work, add their margin, and put an account manager between you and the people doing it. A freelancer is closer to the work but rarely takes on a whole production. Here you work directly with the people who create the material, and the studio owner talks to you in person. We also build sets and props in house, and shoot photo and video on the same set.
Why is it worth working with you?
If the quality of the assets is not what convinces you, the quality of the process will. We give it the same attention as the production itself, at every stage, from the first conversation to the delivered files.
