END-TO-END with NO GAPS
A fashion photoshoot asks a lot of you long before the first frame. There’s the concept to refine, the references to gather, the brand direction to hold, and that’s already a full plate. The rest of pre-production doesn’t have to be. Casting, crew, locations, permits, rates and timings can simply be ours. We build the team, coordinate the casting, scout and secure the location, and turn everything into a schedule and a call sheet that hold up on the day. You stay with the creative decisions you actually want to be making, and we make sure the production is ready to meet them.
ON THE DAY
Production day is yours to shape. Some clients want to be on set from the first coffee to the last frame, others prefer to check in once and let the team run it. Both work for us. We can take over the whole day, from floor management and talent care to schedule, suppliers and solving things before they ever reach you. We can also simply reinforce your own team wherever you’re short, whether that’s a producer, a production assistant, a set coordinator or an extra pair of hands that already knows the workflow. You decide how much of the day you want to carry, and we cover the rest.
POST-PRODUCTION+
Our production support doesn’t end when the last light goes off. You get a properly organised, backed up delivery, and not just a folder of files to go through on your own. We look at the material with you and recommend the strongest frames, the ones that work for campaign, e-commerce and social, and we flag what’s worth the retouching budget. If you’d rather not choose at all, we’ll select the assets for post-production on your behalf and brief the retoucher. And we stay reachable afterwards, because the useful questions tend to arrive a week later.
