The administrator of the Users’ data of the website www.imaga.pl (hereinafter „the site”) is IMAGA.

 

For what purpose do we collect data? 

The administrator collects data only for the purposes of providing services by electronic means, fraud detection in services, statistical measurements, and improvement of services.

 

On what basis do we collect data? 

The administrator collects data only for the above-mentioned and lawful purposes, i.e. – based on Article. 6th clause 1st lit. f) GDPR, i.e. the Administrator’s legitimate interest, i.e. for the purpose of statistics and monitoring of website traffic, analyzing and improving the Services and ensuring their security, – based on Article. 6th clause 1st letter b) GDPR – data necessary for proper display of pages and operation of the Website’s functionality).

 

What personal data do we collect and why?

We do not collect personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences, or transaction data, such as purchase information. The only personal data we collect about your visit to our site is the result of technical processes such as statistics systems and cookie information. At the moment, the Administrator does not use analytics tools. We also have a visitor statistics plug-in installed at the moment. WordPress, on which the site is based, does not collect any analytical data by default. The scope of anonymous analytical data collected by our hosting service provider results from the privacy policy Light Hosting

 

Who do we share data with?

The data may be made available to entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law and at the request of the data administrator to entities co-creating and co-administering the website, and service providers, according to the principles set out in individual information regarding the processing of personal data (below).
